Just like any seasonal products, you can usually find them in the offseason and with these decorations, that is also true. The best time to look for them is in spring and summer. This is when you can pick up some deals! Sometimes your local rummage sales are a good spot to find collectibles and ornaments! And for the right person, these can be a diamond in the rough! Unless you are really desperate, don't expect to pick up bargains just before Christmas, as the demand will be higher at that time.
There are of course many online sources to get them, but I would recommend E-bay first. All that you need is a closet or two of extra space and you're in business!
